State Recertification and Upgrade Clinic

Re:     RECERTIFICATION CLINIC FOR STATE REFEREES AND REFEREES UPGRADING

This year’s State Recertification and Upgrade clinic will be held in East Lansing, MI, on Sunday, December 2, 2007.  The clinic will be held at the Communication Arts and Sciences Building, room 147, at Michigan State University from  8:30 A.M. – 4:00 P.M.   Refer to the travel directions below.

We will start at 8:30 AM with the test. The instructional portion of the clinic will begin about 10:00 A.M.  We are honored to announce that our guest clinician will be, Mr. Kermit Quisenberry, presently on the FIFA panel as an Assistant Referee.

Lunch will be provided for you so you will not have to leave the building. 

We encourage everyone to complete the registration form and payment online following the directions you received from US Soccer.  Bring that letter and copies of proof of payment with you to the clinic.

If you elect to not go online, bring the letter from US Soccer with your payment and we will collect it on the day of the clinic.  The fee is $50.00 for Grades 5 or 6.

If you did not receive the letter from US Soccer, a copy will be posted on the Michigan Referee website. www.msysareferee.net   

There will not be a fitness test given on December 2nd.

From the North:
Take 127 South to Trowbridge Rd.
Follow Trowbridge onto the MSU Campus. Park in the first parking structure on your right (east side of road).

From the South:
Take 127 North to Trowbridge Rd.
Follow Trowbridge onto the MSU Campus. Park in the first parking structure on your right (east side of road).

From the East (From Detroit via I-96):
Take I-96 west to 127 North to Trowbridge Rd
Follow Trowbridge onto the MSU Campus. Park in the first parking structure on your right (east side of road).

From East (Flint via I-69):
Take 69 West to 127 South Take 127 South to Trowbridge Rd.
Follow Trowbridge onto the MSU Campus. Park in the first parking structure on your right (east side of road).
