Handbook / Class Material –
click here to view or download 2011 Handbook
The Assignor handbook covers both the material for the New Assignor as
well as the Recertification Class. Assignors who are participating in
the Conference Call Recertification class should print out or have
available at their computer part 2 of the handbook.. (If printing you
can print 2 presentation pages to 1 handbook page, this is done by: 1)
Selecting File - Print, then 2) Page Scaling - Multiple Pages, Pages per
Sheet - 2, Page Order - Vertical, and finally check the box Print Page
Border and Auto Rotate (this should get two pages over each other on
each printed page)

As
you noticed we will continue to have Recertification via a conference
call meeting. This method was very well received last few years. This
approach reduces the traveling cost and time for this annual meeting.
The MRC has decided that the Assignor can continue to recertify through
a conference call meeting. This will allow all of you more options to
recertify. You have three conference call meetings and two traditional
meetings to choose from.
Pre-Registration for one of these classes is required for
recertification.
Please, send email to the State Director of Assignors (gilurban@aol.com)
to register for MRC Recertification classes. Follow the steps
explained in the Process, Information and Expectation paragraphs below.
Also, you should have received a letter from US Soccer with directions
on USSF Registration/Payment.
Process, Information and Expectations:
To be a certified Assignor in 2011, assignors must follow a two
step process (USSF Registration and Recertification). Both
activities must be accomplished to be a certified Assignor in 2011:
1. USSF
Registration Process:
Assignors should receive their 2011 Assignor Renewal Information
letters from the United States Soccer Federation (USSF) in October. The

process and payment of renewal fees should be completed at
www.ussoccer.info. It is required if you are signing up
for a Conference Call recertification class. If you are attending one
of the meeting room classes then you can pay at the class. It is
preferred that you preregister and pay over the Internet.
2.

MRC recertification classes listed above.
It is expected that you will
pre-register with the State Director of Assignors (gilurban@aol.com) to
