All referee Assignors must be certified to:

1. Assign referees and assistant referees to any Michigan State Premier Soccer Program game.
2. Assign referees and assistant referees for all youth MSYSA sanctioned tournaments.
3. Receive the current list of certified USSF referees.
4. Receive liability insurance from US Soccer.
5. Be provided access to the MRC Arbiter assigning software contract
